Not smoking as in “hot” but smoking as in lighting up a cigarette and sucking down lung cancer causing nicotine.

The guy in the photo is one of the 3 men Lindsay Lohan met while in Capri Italy to accept an award. His name is Dario Faiella and she got pretty cozy with him this week.

It’s believed the two slept together. They were seen making out publicly and Dario was seen standing naked on the balcony of Lindsay’s hotel suite with Lindsay wearing a sleep shirt standing next to him touching his naked bottom.

Lindsay’s eyes look a bit off in this photo, like she might have been smoking something. She’s carrying a box of Ariva Smokeless tobacco. Could she be ready to quit smoking?

Lindsay’s new favorite hot spot is the pit fire pizza restaurant and her new favorite thing to do seems to be smoking cigarettes.
